discussing non-alcoholic fatty liver. disease or NAFLD for Short. fatty liver
disease can be cured or fixed by. following this strict diet this diet is
also a very healthy diet and is it great. for anyone to try disclaimer I am NOT a
medical professional I'm only speaking. for my own personal experiences dealing
with this disease and this is just for. informational purposes only to help fix
or cure your fatty liver disease and you. must first speak with your doctor before
doing anything mentioned in this video I. some might have strict dietary needs
such as diabetics fatty liver disease is. caused by the build-up or access of fat
on and in the liver your liver processes. toxins and fats they eaten consume and
if you consume too much it starts to. build up and if this is not corrected it
can become cirrhosis of the liver or. even liver cancer and liver failure
non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a. serious disease and on what to help
people find it naturally if you are one. of those people that has gotten a fatty
liver disease from drinking too much. alcohol then all you need to do is just
quit drinking for a month or so in order. to reverse your fatty liver disease and
then do a followup with your doctor to. verify that it has been cured if you got
it from poor diet like myself then you. must stop eating added sugars added
salts trans fats and lower your intake. of carbs and sodium a low carb low
sodium low-fat high-protein organic diet. is best make sure you don't consume any
alcohol as this will cause serious. stress on your liver best to quit
drinking altogether try to eat organic. to minimize the amount of pesticide
and toxins in the food low carb and low. sodium as in half the recommended daily
amount for either male or female carbs. are seriously bad please stay away from
carbs high carb foods are your potatoes. Rice's grains breads pastas and cereals
eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. don't supplement your sugar with
sweeteners honey syrup or any other. supplement the ideas that eliminate them
altogether eating liver once a week will. help repair your liver you can eat
chicken beef or any liver from any. animal try to eat only lean meats such
other type of lean meats stay away from. fatty meats such as beef pork go lamb
dark meat or any type of processed meats. try not to eat too much seafood as it
can be high in sodium I did fish one day. a week Friday was my day of choice and
shellfish on another base such as Monday. no processed meats or foods home-cooked
meals only to keep track of the. ingredients spices are fine such as
garlic pepper turmeric ginger cinnamon. etc do not use oils butters or margarine
when cooking and if you do have to use. them use the bare minimum dairy products
are fine but stay away from low fat. dairy products as they contain too much
sugar again try to go with organic for. yogurt
I recommend organic plain Greek yogurt. as long as you can stomach it I
personally had to go with strawberry. myself seeds and nuts are a great snack
food and they taste great and are very. healthy pistachios are a great
supplement the chips and walnuts will. help
proof liver-function make sure their raw. unsalted nuts and seeds roasted is fine
just no salt and or flavors stay away. from sauces as most contained too much
salt sodium sugar and carbs most of all. drink lots of water eight glasses a day
to help flush out any toxins and no more. fruit juices carbonated beverages for
sugary drinks some supplements I. recommend or milks thistle turmeric and
curcumin to help improve liver function. a vitamin D and a multivitamin every day
this is a long and hard journey but. after three months of this no crap diet
you can that start having a cheat day i. chose every wednesday and maybe add some
things back in your diet that you like. maybe a steak or a pork chop for one
meal a week just keep in mind you're. trying to repair your liver so don't go
out and binge eat junk food this cheat. day means that you can have a little of
something you're not allowed to have on. this diet does not mean to over consume
bad foods such as ice creams or pizzas. or fatty foods junk foods fried foods
anything that you know is bad for you. and will cause damage to your liver
after six months of the no crap diet you. can then have to cheat days I chose
Saturday and Wednesday but try to keep. them three to four days apart
this diet will also help you lose belly. fat and unwanted weight I lost fifty
pounds in nine months because of the low. carb low fat aspect of the diet stay
away from certain diets when you do have. fatty liver disease such as the keto
diet because the keto diet has been. known to cause non-alcoholic fatty liver
disease due to the high amounts of fat. consumed in the diet after a year of
this diet do a followup with your dog. and you should have a healthy liver or
be on your way to curing non-alcoholic. fatty liver disease this diet has
personally worked for myself and I hope. it can help others I found it hard to
find information on the subject so I. decided to make a video to help others
this is not an easy task and when you. have healed your liver
make sure you reward yourself or at the. very least be proud of yourself for
